JORGE SAMPAOLI LEAVES SEVILLA FC

Jorge Sampaoli has left Sevilla FC this evening, after the club, the Argentine Football Association (AFA) and Sampaoli himself signed the documentation meaning that the full sum stipulated as the Argentine manager's termination clause will be paid.

Sevilla FC wishes Jorge Sampaoli all the best in his new role, and would like to thank him for his services in the 16/17 season, in which the club fulfilled its objectives, finishing in fourth place in the league - with the second best points total in its history - and getting through the Champions League group phase. The now former Sevilla FC manager will be presented today as the new manager of Argentina.
