You will have access to various exhibits which explain the history of Sevilla FC. You will also be able to visit exclusive zones such as VIP boxes, the press room, the dressing room and the pitch. We recommend you download the audio guide for the best experience.

Normally the tour is closed on match days. If it remains open on a match day, it will often be closed a few hours before kick-off. The tour can also be shut as a result of training or another event within the stadium. For European matches, it will be closed during determined hours on the day before and after the game.

Only in groups of 9 people. Due to Covid safety regulations, guided groups will be composed of exactly 9 people. Tickets for this kind of tour must be bought at least 72 hours in advance of your visit.

€12 for general admission, €6 for subscribers and members, €9 for groups (9 people). Children up to 14 years old, €10. Children under 5 years old (inclusive) and people who use a wheelchair have free access.

Ticket returns will not be accepted. If you cannot go at the time specified on the ticket, you can change it to a different time, but not a different day.

To exchange your gift ticket:

- Come to the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán ticket office with the printed gift ticket and the staff will help you exchange it for general tickets for the day and time you desire.

- Access the website through this link and:

    1. Choose the day and time you wish to come and select the number of tickets you wish to exchange for 'General ticket'.

    2. After selecting 'General ticket', you will see 'Do you have a gift ticket?' and a box saying 'Gift ticket number. General ticket'.

    3. Type in the numbers and letters that appear under the bar code of your gift ticket into the box and validate it.

    4. Complete the process by filling out your personal details. 

The Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán unfortunately has many stairs, meaning it is not adapted for people with reduced mobility.
