On Wednesday, there was a club visit to the city's Virgen del Rocío hospital. Led by Club President, José María del Nido Carrasco, several members of both the men's and women's first teams visited the hospital to celebrate the completion of a new mural in the radiotherapy unit with the 'Nunce te rindas' slogan ('Never Surrender'). This was supported by the 'Asociación Española Contra el Cáncer' (a Spanish cancer charity) and their 'Un gol contra el cáncer' initiative.
They also visited many children who were at the hospital, giving presents to them. The players present were Álvaro Ferllo, Lokonga, Badé, Isaac, Pedro Ortiz, Agoumé, Juanlu, Saúl, Debora, Nazareth, Iris Arnaiz, Gemma Gili, Alba Cerrato, Fatou Kanthé, Paula Partido and Alicia. This was a perfect opportunity for the children to take pictures with their stars and have an early Christmas celebration.
As always, this would not have been possible without the help of the Sevilla FC Foundation volunteers. The visit ended with a big family photo and a Sevilla FC shirt was presented to the directors of the hospital.
