ANNOUNCEMENT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

On June 23, 2023 the Board of Directors of Sevilla Fútbol Club, at the request of shareholder Mr. José Mª. del Nido Benavente, in accordance with the provisions of Article 168 of the Capital Companies Act, made through a notarial request, summoned shareholders to an Extraordinary General Meeting, which will be held at the Hotel Meliá Lebreros, Convention Hall, Avenida Luis de Morales in Seville, on July 27, 2023 at 18:00 and if necessary 18:00 the following evening on July 28. The following agenda will be discussed:

First. - Resignation of the members of the Board of Directors.

Second. - Appointment of the new members of the Board of Directors. 

Third. - Delegation of powers.
