BADÉ THROUGH TO THE SEMI-FINAL AS FRANCE BEAT ARGENTINA AT THE OLYMPICS

The French centre-back played the full 90 minutes as France overcame Argentina in the quarter-final

Loïc Badé booked d his place in the semi-finals of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games after France beat Argentina. A goal from Jean-Philippe Mateta in the fifth minute saw the French Olympic team win their fourth game in a row. Badé completed the full 90 as he did in the group stage against the United States and Guinea.

Next up for Thierry Henry's side is their semi-final against Egypt on Monday 5 August.
