Sevilla FC now know who they will face in the first match of the 2020/21 LaLiga season. The Nervionenses will face Cádiz in Matchday 3 on Sunday 27th September, the first date that the side can play their match, as they will play in the UEFA Super Cup on 24th September.
Matchday 1, with the date of the fixture still to be confirmed, will see a trip to the Wanda to face Atlético de Madrid. Matchday 2, which will also take place at a later day, sees the Blanquirrojos host Elche. The first home encounter, therefore, is in Matchday 4, against Levante UD.
The last Sevilla FC match at the Ramón de Carranza came on 3rd January 2018, in the first leg of the Copa del Rey Round of 16. Cádiz were beaten 2-0 thanks to goals from Nolito and Jesús Navas.
