The digital transformation at Sevilla FC continues its rapid development. A strategic commitment that is optimizing all areas of the club in pursuit of improved results. The latest milestone in this digitization process took place this summer, as the first 100% digital season ticket renewal campaign was launched with undeniable success. The numbers speak for themselves: over 93% of renewals completed, all available seats sold at the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán stadium, and record-breaking numbers of members as the registration period for new enrollments in the Red and White categories opened this week

 

But undoubtedly, the most telling statistic that confirms the success of the campaign is the fact that very few problems were recorded. Neither in the renewal process nor in the seat change process, which usually presents the most challenges. The facilities offered by the club to its season ticket holders and the implementation of a pre-scheduled appointment system for individuals over 65, thus bridging the digital divide, were pivotal to the success of this campaign. Additionally, Sevilla FC provided its season ticket holders with personalized help and guidance, both via email and over the phone, to facilitate their management and address any queries.

Digitization is the significant change that Sevilla FC is undergoing as part of its Strategic Plan, and it is closely linked to the commitment to technological development that has made the club a leader globally. There are already nearly a dozen applications developed by the Data, Digital, and R&D departments, with the Transfer Tracker tool as a major milestone, following LaLiga Tech's decision to invest in and market the product created by Sevilla FC. With the aim of providing the best experience for our fans and supporters, a new tool called AiFans is being developed. This tool will enable a 360-degree description of the fan, thereby enhancing our understanding of their interests and needs.

The digital transformation undertaken by the organization has been reflected in the 2022-23 season with extraordinary figures, such as the growth in the Sevilla FC Database, which has reached a 45% increase compared to the previous year. The most significant growth has come beyond our borders, with a 224% increase in international memberships. Similarly, on social media, Sevilla FC has solidified its position as the fourth-largest club in Spain in terms of followers, surpassing a remarkable 13.1 million followers across all its official profiles. Furthermore, the club has made strides in its commitment to e-learning, a digital internal training platform through which it provides its employees with knowledge acquired from various departments, aiming to continuously develop its workforce.
