Club Chairman of Sevilla FC, José Castro, will participate this Thursday in the International Frankfurt Football Summit 2017. The summit is being organised by the renowned Frankfurter Allgemeine newspaper for the third successive year. Castro will take part in a round-table discussion which will touch on the diverse strategies that allow clubs with less resources than footballing giants to compete at the highest international levels. Castro will share the round-table with the General Manager of PSV Eindhoven, Toon Gerbrands, and the President of Olympique de Mareseille, Jacques-Henri Eyraud.
Many distinguished and notable German football personalities will attend the prestigious international event. The President of the German FA, Reinhard Grindel, the former President of the ECA and Bayern Munich, Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, the Chairman of Werder Bremen, Marco Bode, the Chairman of Hannover 96, Martin Kind, the Chairman of Leipzig, Oliver Mintzlaff and the Vice-President of the Bundesliga, Peter Peters are just some of the names who will take part in this crucial forum. La Liga President, Javier Tebas will also be in attendance.
CEO of the People Group, Sonja Chen and PwC China associate, David Wu, will also take part in the summit - discussing the varying performances of the biggest leagues in the world as well as how the Bundesliga can grow in China.
