The last international break of 2021 is about to start which will take place in ten days. The first Sevilla players to be called up are the Scandinavians Thomas Delaney and Ludwig Augustinsson, called up by Denmark and Sweden respectively for the last games in this stage of qualification.
In the case of Denmark, their work is already done and their place for Qatar is in the bag. Their last aim is to end the group with a clean run of wins and if they can, to do so without conceding another goal. The Danes will welcome the Faroe Islands on Friday 12 November at the Parken Stadium in Copenhagen whilst the last matchday will be played in Glasgow against Scotland on Monday 15 November. Both games will kick off at 20:45.
A lot more is on the line for Sweden who will begin the international break on Thursday 11 in Batumi facing Georgia away from home and will finish the group on Sunday 15 November at the Cartuja against Spain. Both games will also be played at 20:45. Sweden lead the group by two points, which means that only a slip up from Spain in Greece would lead to this last game being irrelevant.
