A new series of international matches begins this Wednesday 11 November and continues until next Wednesday 18 November. Nine players are off on international duty. Eleven had been called up, however Jesús Navas and Marcos Acuña have had to drop out due to their injuries suffered against CA Osasuna last Saturday.
Some players have a lot at stake. The matches range from friendlies, to Serbia playing for Euro 2021 qualification, to qualifying matches for Qatar 2022 in the case of Diego Carlos and Lucas Ocampos, and to the U21 Euros with Jules Koundé and Óscar Rodríguez.
