Marcos Acuña and Lucas Ocampos picked up another international cap in Argentina's final match of their tour of Asia.
The world champions ran out 2-0 winners against Indonesia in Jakarta, with Leandro Paredes and Cristian Romero scoring either side of the break.
Both players started on the bench, with Acuña replacing Medina on the hour mark and Ocampos replacing Buonanotte in the 74th minute.
