Sevilla FC's captain, Jesús Navas, spoke to the media after the draw away at CFR Cluj: "It was a complicated game, with a lot of second balls etc. It was difficult to play. These second balls, you have to make them yours. In the second half, they scored through a penalty. At the end they got a bit tired and we were able to find the equaliser". Navas spoke about the team's patience in finding the equaliser: "We eventually found our moment. They were very intense and at the end they got tired and we got stronger. We could have scored a second".
The captain spoke about the importance of scoring away from the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán: "It was very even, and at the end we could have got a second. Scoring away from home is so important, now we've the home game where we have to finish it off". The right-back underlined the solidity shown by the team: "It was a mentally tough game and the team did well. They scored from the penalty spot, but we kept going and could have got a second". For Navas, the state of the pitch didn't allow the team to play their normal game: "It was all about not making mistakes, and winning the second balls. The team were strong, they stood up and were patient until the end when the chances came".
