KIKE SALAS RENEWS HIS CONTRACT UNTIL 2029

The club and Enrique Jesús Salas Valiente, more commonly known as Kike Salas, have reached an agreement that sees the 22-year-old defender renew his contract until 30 June 2029. His existing contract, which was agreed in January 2023 before being loaned to CD Tenerife, had been due to run out in 2026. 

Salas first joined the academy at 13 years old and progressed all the way through to the Sevilla Atlético team, for which he made his debut in January 2021. A year and a half later, on 10 September 2022, he made his first-team debut at the RCDE Stadium. Since then, he has made 52 appearances, scoring four goals and providing three assists. This season, he has featured 14 times, nine of which as part of the starting XI. In November, he made his international debut with the Spain Under-21s.
