Ebuka's late goal won the game for the hosts and ended Sevilla Atlético's three-match unbeaten run in a contest that was evenly-fought throughout in Murcia

The last kick of the game ensured Sevilla Atlético suffered defeat at Águilas FC in Jesús Galván's first outing as coach. Despite a display full of endeavor and threat provided by Isaac Romero up front, the reserve side were consigned to a loss that sees their league position unchanged in second place of the Segunda RFEF.

In an even first half that was largely devoid of opportunities, it was the hosts who went closest to breaking the deadlock through a double-chance that fell to Baeza, whose first effort was well blocked by Ramón Martínez before the follow-up was missed. Isaac then had the first sighter for Jesús Galván's new side, going close from a long-range free-kick. Shortly after, Isaac was found by a measured cross-field pass from Zarzana before having his powerful low shot diverted wide by home goalkeeper Iván Buigues in the visitors' best moment of the first period.

When the game resumed, Isi Ros forced Alberto Flores into a top near-post save to keep the game scoreless. Francis Ferrón then also threatened to put the home team ahead but his shot from distance narrowly evaded the target. In the closing stages Sevilla Atlético defended resolutely and looked to hit on the counter at the Estadio Centenario El Rubial. And, in a similar move to his first-half chance, Isaac was close to opening the scoring when he collided with Iván Buigues after being put through in what would prove to be the final chance for the visiting team. However, with the draw now seemingly a guarantee, Ebuka managed to convert at the near-post from a corner, securing the three points for Águilas FC with no time left for a reply.
