The Argentine defender will remain in Fremap on Monday and if everything goes well, he will be discharged on Tuesday morning.

Gabriel Mercado has been successfully operated on to fix the fractured ulna he suffered in el Gran Derbi on Sunday. Following the operation, in which a plate was inserted into his right arm, the player will remain in Fremap, where he will spend the night. If everything goes as planned, he should be discharged tomorrow morning.

Gabriel Mercado's time out will depend on the how the injury develops in the coming weeks.
