NOLITO: "WE UPPED OUR GAME IN THE SECOND-HALF"

Nolito was first to comment on the team's performance in the second-half of the Barcelona clash: "The team came out strong and we stepped up our game. The 2-1 defeat was a shame, but we kept going - despite conceding when we were perhaps playing at our best. In any play, they are able to tightly mark. It's tough, and there are seven months left in the competition. Now it is time to take a step back, improve several aspects and get to work ahead of the coming weeks".

This change of mentality was not enough to bag a win: "In the second half we upped our game, but in the first half we were perhaps apprehensive in a game that was inevitably going to be difficult. We deserved something more, but we will continue forwards". 

Finally, the player looked to continue moving forward with optimism: "We have to be positive. We believe that we've done a great job here and we've stepped it up a notch at Camp Nou. We need to score without conceding, at the end of the day this is a game".
