OCAMPOS: “IT'S A BITTERSWEET RESULT”

The Argentinian winger spoke about how well the team played in the second half, even though they could only manage a draw

Lucas Ocampos said that, after the match on Friday night against Athletic Club, the team were leaving with "a bittersweet taste in their mouths. We knew we were the better team in the second half. They had one opportunity and scored. After that they played their own game and played it very well".

"The first half was tricky, we didn't have any rhythm neither did we have the ball. The changes made a lot of difference and in the second half, we played as normal. We got the equaliser, but we're leaving with a bittersweet taste as we weren't able to collect all three points".

Asked about the lack of a second goal, Ocampos admitted that "it always takes us a lot to do that, but we are creating opportunities. We hope to continue improving. We're working hard, but today it feels like two points dropped".
