In the same way that you shouldn't revel too much in victory, Sevilla have a busy fixture list to take their mind off last night's defeat in Liège. After landing in Sevilla this morning, they met in the training village in the afternoon to prepare for the next challenge, none other than defending our top spot in La Liga on Sunday in Vitoria.
Pablo Machín led the training and, as usual, there was a different workload for the starters in Belgium than for those who played fewer minutes or didn't play at all. However, unlike other times when recovery work takes place solely in the gym, the starters did have a run out on the grass of the Estadio Jesús Navas. The next training session will take place on Saturday at 10:30 CET in the training village, after which Pablo Machín will appear before the press and release the squad who will face Deportivo Alavés.
