Sergio Reguilón, Sevilla FC's left-back, was the guest on the first 'A Balón Parado' of the year last night. He started by stating that he had been singing the words to the Himno since a young age: "If I'm to be brutally honest with you, I've know the words to the Himno since I was little. It's a song that I love. To be able to represent the team as well, how am I not supposed to sing it?"
Reguilón made note of how important the fans are to the players: "I have to tell you that it's something completely different. I experienced the derby. The manager was giving his talk and you could hear all of them outside; the only option was to win that match, and nothing else". On the city, Reguilón was delighted: "It's a small and welcoming city. I really like the people here, it's different and everyone is always in a good mood. But above all, I love the team and my day-to-day work. I wake up happy every morning. It has to be said that any teammate could walk into the dressing room and I'd be in a good mood. The things that make me like it here are my teammates, the family atmosphere and everything about the club".
