After three days of rest, the Sevilla FC first team returned to work at the training ground on Tuesday, where José Luis Mendilibar took the first session of a week which culminates in the visit of Las Palmas on Sunday. Sow, Nyland, Lukebakio and En-Nesyri remained absent as they continue their international duties, however Nemanja Gudelj has returned after playing two matches for Serbia last week. He greeted teammates on the training pitch at the start, before heading to the gym to train alone.
Also absent were the injured Marcao, Nianzou, Jesús Navas and Acuña. Watching on from the sidelines were club president José Castro and sporting director Víctor Orta, as well as his deputy Fernando Navarro. On Wednesday, another session will take place in the afternoon.
