THE EUROPEAN CHAMPION IS BACK

The team trained this morning at the Ciudad Deportiva José Ramón Cisneros Palacios and were boosted by the return of Jesús Navas. Our captain, who won the European Championship with Spain in the summer, trained for the first time under García Pimienta after returning from holiday, and was able to meet his new teammates for the first time with the start of the league season imminent. 

The squad's pre-season will culminate with a friendly tomorrow against Liverpool in our fifth and final game. The game will kick off at 13:30 CEST (12:30 local time).
