This Monday he joined the French national team and had his first training session as a France international

This Monday was a very special day for Steven N'Zonzi, who trained with the French national team and got to know his national coach, Didier Deschamps - the man who picked him to feature against Wales on Friday the 10th and Germany on Tuesday the 14th (both friendlies). 

N'Zonzi will now have to anxiously await a potential debut with the national side and do everything in his power to convince Deschamps that he is worthy of a World Cup squad place.
