Julen Lopetegui highlighted the work of his players in an important and thorough victory against Osasuna this afternoon in Nervión: "We look back at the game positively having achieved the aim which was to get the three points against a team that had won all their away games, apart from at the Bernabéu where they drew and could have won. We are satisfied because of the difficulty of the opponent and because of the three points."
For the coach, the win did not have "only one key element. To win against Osasuna you have to do a lot of things well and we did and we deserved the three points." With regards to the bad news about Montiel: "We are going to see what he has and how he is feeling. It is a pain because he is a player that started the game well and we will miss but we hope that it isn't serious." On a positive note, the return of En-Nesyri: "The idea was to give him fewer minutes but he had 20 and he has to continue improving and training because we are going to need him."
As always, the focus is now on Lille. "The next game is the most important and we are now focussing on a game that will be very hard, demanding and great."
