22 POSSIBLE OPPONENTS CONFIRMED FOR COPA DEL REY FIRST ROUND DRAW ON TUESDAY

This Tuesday we will find out our opposition for the first round of the 2023/24 Copa del Rey. This will be our fourth competition of the season. The draw takes place at Las Rozas and starts at 13:00 CEST. Teams from LaLiga EA Sports, LaLiga Hypermotion, the Primera RFEF, Segunda RFEF, Tercera RFEF, regional tiers and the four semifinalists of the Copa Federación will be included in the draw.

The 16 first-division sides, including Sevilla FC, will be drawn against the 10 regional clubs who made it through preliminary qualifying. Of the remaining six teams, four will play against the semi-finalists of the Federation Cup whilst two will face sides from the Tercera RFEF qualifiers. The four clubs who will compete in this season’s edition of the Spanish Super Cup automatically progress to the round of 16. Diego Alonso’s men will, as a result go up against one of the 22 aforementioned available teams away from home between the 31st October and the 2nd November.
