LUKÉBAKIO, JUANLU AND AGOUMÉ ALL START IN FIRST ROUND OF INTERNATIONAL MATCHES

Dodi Lukébakio started in Belgium's victory over Israel on Friday night at the Nagyerdei Stadion in the first round of fixtures of the new UEFA Nations League campaign. His side picked up their first three points as Kevin de Bruyne put them before Anan Khalail drew things level before half time. However, Youri Tielemans fired the Red Devils ahead once more shortly after the restart, with De Bruyne adding a third just minutes later from the penalty spot. The Belgium squad will now travel to face France at the Groupama Stadium in Lyon, kicking off at 20:45 CEST.

Meanwhile, Juanlu Sánchez played the full 90 minutes of the Spain Under-21 team's victory in Scotland. Goals from Dean and Mateo Joseph put them six points clear of last night's opponents in Group B of UEFA European Under-21 Championship qualifying. Next Tuesday, they will face Hungary with just three matches remaining. 

Lucien Agoumé was also in qualifying action as France Under-21s drew against Slovenia. The midfielder played 90 minutes, and will hope to be included in next Tuesday's game against Bosnia and Herzegovina, which will help decide who finished in the top two qualifying spots in Group H.
