12 POSSIBLE OPPONENTS IN THE COPA DEL REY ROUND OF 32

After winning another cup tie another draw in the Copa del Rey approaches. After being UE Olot last Thursday, we now know that we will face a side from either LALIGA Hypermotion (second tier) or Primera Federación (third tier) in the round of 32. The tie will take place over the weekend of Friday 3 January and Sunday 5 January. 

At the stage of the competition, the four clubs from the Spanish Super Cup enter and will face the four lowest-ranked teams from the Segunda Federación (fourth tier). Then the three teams from Primera Federación will be drawn against three teams from LALIGA. The nine remaining teams from LALIGA will then be drawn against teams from LALIGA Hypermotion. All ties will be played at the home ground of the lower-ranked team. The draw starts at 13:00 CET at Las Rozas. The teams we can face are in bold below. 

Supercopa de España (4): Real Madrid, Athletic Club, FC Barcelona y RCD Mallorca.

LALIGA EA Sports (12): Rayo Vallecano, Real Valladolid, Sevilla FC, CD Leganés, RC Celta de Vigo, Atlético de Madrid, Real Betis, UD Las Palmas, CA Osasuna, Real Sociedad, Valencia CF y Getafe CF.

LALIGA Hypermotion (9): Real Racing Club, FC Cartagena, SD Huesca, Granada CF, Elche CF, UD Almería, CD Eldense, Racing Club Ferrol y CD Tenerife.

Primera Federación (3): Ourense CF, Marbella FC y SD Ponferradina.

Segunda Federación (4): UD Logroñés, UD Barbastro, Deportiva Minera y Pontevedra CF.
