Our head coach stressed that “now we don't have much time for tactical and physical work, and that's the other thing we have to do, the players need to believe in themselves, speak on the pitch and that they encourage each other."

Joaquín Caparrós spoke at the pre-match press conference ahead of tomorrow's game against Osasuna. He began by highlighting that "the group is fantastic. There is a magnificent atmosphere, we have tried to recover with the little time we have and correct things that were not done well in the match against Alavés. Now we have to go with maximum intensity and concentration to face Osasuna."

"We have broken the run of defeats but now we want to get the three points which is what makes you take steps forward. There are dynamic, positive and they listen. Now we don't have much time for tactical and physical work, and that's the other thing we have to do, the players need to believe in themselves, speak on the pitch and that they encourage each other. As a coaching team we have to push them to compete and believe in the quality they have," he added.

Caparrós also commented, when asked about Isaac and Ejuke, that “their run of form isn't good, and it affects the player. We've talked, I’ve known him for a long time since he was starting out. We believe in him, he just needs to calm down because he has everyone’s confidence, and I’m sure he’ll finish the season brilliantly. Ejuke still struggles a bit with the language, but he knows he has quality. He’s been decisive in several matches and needs to get back to that level. He has my full confidence, just like everyone else.”

"Tomorrow is a tough, difficult match, in a stadium where the crowd puts pressure on you, but we have to show that we're ambitious and that we want to keep winning three points at a time, and we have that opportunity tomorrow. Hopefully, the team takes it game by game. We don’t need to look at anyone else’s results, we have to focus all our attention on the next match. Anything else is just dividing our minds and wasting time. Those who stay behind will be watching their teammates on TV, that’s what we’ve asked of them. I don’t know any other way," he added

"We need everyone, Suso, Saúl... They have experience and we're going to make the most of that"

"Suso is very engaged and I’m expecting the Suso I know, with the quality he has. He’s open to dialogue and he knows he has to give us a lot because he’s a different kind of player. We need everyone, Suso, Saúl, all of them. He’s very committed, they have experience and we’re going to make the most of it," he concluded
