SEVILLA FC VS. RAYO AT THE SÁNCHEZ-PIZJUÁN SCHEDULED FOR 21:00 ON SATURDAY 7TH OCTOBER

LaLiga EA Sports has announced the schedule for matchday 9, with Sevilla FC playing their final game before the next international break that will see a pause in domestic action over the weekend of 14th/15th October. In their ninth game of the campaign, the team will host Rayo Vallecano at the Sánchez-Pizjuán at 21:00 on Saturday 7th October. 

Mendilibar's side face an extended run of tough fixtures before the Rayo clash, starting with another home assignment this Wednesday in their first Champions League group game against RC Lens at 21:00. Three days later, on Saturday 23rd September, Sevilla FC make the trip to Pamplona to take on CA Osasuna in the league, before returning to the Sánchez-Pizjuán on Tuesday 26th to face off against UD Almería at 19:00. 

Matchday 8 then sees Sevilla FC back on the road, this time visiting Montjuïc for a tie with FC Barcelona on Friday 29th September at 21:00. Between this game and the Rayo clash, the squad will travel to the Netherlands for a Champions League showdown against PSV Eindhoven at 21:00 on Tuesday 3rd October.
