Sevilla Fútbol Club and Gangwon FC have taken another step forward in the collaboration agreement signed between both clubs last January. In this regard, a group of field workers from the South Korean club visited Sevilla and staff responsible for operations, such as tickets and sales, participated in the Business Academy programme, driven by Sevilla FC's Innovation Center.
The programme participants gained insight into the day-to-day operations of the club at both the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán and the Ciudad Deportiva José Ramón Cisneros Palacios. They attended a week of training sessions covering various sporting and business areas. Additionally, the Gangwon representatives witnessed the Sevilla FC vs. Celta de Vigo match live, captivated by the passion of Sevilla's fans during a historic game coinciding with the farewell of the legendary captain, Jesús Navas.
Since the signing of the agreement between Sevilla FC and Gangwon FC, the South Korean team has visited Spain twice. The first visit included Gangwon's president, Kim Byung-ji, and their general manager, Kim Tae Joo, gaining first-hand knowledge of the club. In December's sessions, heads of marketing, ticketing, and events departments participated, marking a new milestone in the cooperative efforts between the two clubs and underlining Sevilla FC's commitment to internationalisation and showcasing the educational value offered by its Innovation Center.
