On Wednesday, Lucien Agoumé will kickstart our players' involvement in the June international break. The French midfielder, who plays for the Under-21s, will face Uzbekistan in a friendly, ahead of the UEFA European Under-21 Championship. The French squad will be announced in the coming days as Agoumé waits to find out whether he will be competing in the tournament, which starts in Slovakia on 11 June. France face Portugal at 21:00 CEST on the opening day of the tournament. Three days later, they will take on Georgia at the MSK Zilina stadium, also at 21:00 CEST, before finishing the group stage against Poland at 18:00 CEST on 17 June.
Next up is another Frenchman. In this case, Loïc Badé will join the senior squad in the final stage of the UEFA Nations League. France's semi-final against Spain will be played in Stuttgart at 21:00 CEST on Thursday 5 June. Should France be successful, they will face the winner of Germany and Portugal in the final.
Friday will see Dodi Lukébakio and Ørjan Nyland in action with their respective countries. As part of the FIFA World Cup qualifying campaign, Belgium face North Macedonia away from home at 20:45 CEST on 6 June before welcoming Wales to Brussels on Monday 9 June. Meanwhile, Norway have a home game against Italy at Oslo's Ullevaal Stadion before travelling to Tallinn to face Estonia on the Monday. Like Belgium, both games will kick off at 20:45 CEST. Also on the Friday, at 20:30 CEST, Juanlu Sánchez and Kike Salas will be in Spain Under-21s action with a friendly against Ukraine. Their group stage matches in the European Under-21 Championship will be against host nation Slovakia, Romania and Italy.
Nemanja Gudelj will also be in World Cup qualifying action as Serbia travel to Albania on Saturday 7 June before hosting Andorra at the Dubočica Stadium in Leskovac on Tuesday 10 June. Both games will kick off at 20:45 CEST. Finally, Djibril Sow and Switzerland will face Mexico and the United States in friendly matches at 22:00 CEST on Saturday 7 June and 02:00 CEST on Wednesday 11 June respectively.
