The third consecutive victory for Sevilla Atlético came with the visit of CF Intercity to the Jesús Navas Stadium. The Sevilla B team took the lead early thanks to a goal from Alexandro, which would ultimately be the winning goal. The Sevilla forward capitalized on a rebound in the opponent’s box to add another goal to his tally in a first half controlled by Jesús Galván's players. In the second half, with the teams more evenly matched, Mateo Mejía came very close to sealing the victory with a one-on-one chance, but Samu Casado came out on top. With this result, Sevilla Atlético earned nine points out of nine and settled into ninth place in Group II of the Primera RFEF.
The Sevilla B team quickly reaped the rewards after a highly intense start physically. In the tenth minute, Alexandro put Sevilla Atlético ahead by heading in a rebound in the small box after García Pascual failed to powerfully finish a great cross from the right flank by Darío. The B team controlled the match, looking to extend their lead with a powerful long-range shot from Hormigo that sailed over Samu Casado’s goal. García Pascual sought his goal, and after outrunning his marker in a race toward the opponent’s goal, he fired a powerful shot to the far post, which Samu Casado managed to deflect with a great stretch. The reply came immediately after, with Alberto Flores miraculously keeping the score at 1-0 with a reflex save and good positioning to stop a close-range shot from Locadia.
In a clear offside, Nsue scored at the start of the second half in an action that was ruled out. Jesús Galván made a substitution, having to take Alexandro off due to injury after the goalscorer suffered a tough challenge that left him clutching his shoulder. Dimas, who came on for Alexandro, timed a perfect pass through the lines to set up Mateo Mejía in front of Samu. The forward from Zaragoza, after a great run, rued the fantastic save made by Samu once again to keep his team in the game. Intercity had a chance to equalize in the final minutes, but García Pascual kept the score at 1-0, denying former Sevilla player Borja San Emeterio from scoring the 1-1 with a set-piece opportunity.
