GUDELJ: "WE NEED TO GIVE THE FANS WHAT THEY DESERVE"

Nemanja Gudelj joined Julen Lopetegui on Tuesday at the pre-match press conference ahead of tomorrow's clash with Borussia Dortmund. The midfielder commented that "we're really looking forward to it, it's a very important game against a very good team who know what they're doing, and we're going to have to be well prepared and up for it in front of our fans. We're playing at home and we need to give the fans what they deserve, but also what we've been missing ourselves."

On a personal level, he comments that he feels "very good, physically and mentally. I've always said that I'll be there when I'm needed and the time has come when I'm needed in a lot of games." he continues, "from the moment you wake up, you have to be ready and I always try to be." As for the team's situation, he acknowledges that "outside of football we don't listen or read anything. We are focused on the game and this is not the first difficult period we have faced. We've always come back stronger and I'm sure we'll do it again. I don't let anything get to me from outside, we play every two or three days, we analyse the next game and that's how it is."
