THE CENTRO ANDALUZ DE ARTE CONTEMPORÁNEO WAS THE SITE FOR THE OFFICIAL TEAM PHOTOGRAPH FOR 22/23

On the sunny Thursday morning in the Andalusian capital, after two days of rain, the official first team squad photograph for the 22/23 season was taken, with the transfer market now closed and so the squad updated. The chosen venue for the photograph was the Centro Andaluz de Arte Contemporáneo, situated in La Cartuja.

The reason for thus was to commemorate the thirtieth anniversary of the Exposición Universal of 1992, the Expo '92 of Seville, a important historic date for the city, which marked a moment of development and progress for the city. The Centro Andaluz de Arte Contemporáneo, at the same time, was the centre of this celebration, where impressive acts took place as did the most important receptions. 

Therefore, the location of the event this year unites important locations of the city and the first team squad, as has been done in previous years with the Alcázar, Patio de Banderas, Parlamento de Andalucía, Puente de Triana and the Archivo de Indias.
