JESÚS NAVAS: "WE HAVE TO SHOW PATIENCE AGAINST A TOUGH OPPONENT WHO HAVE FIXED LINES OF DEFENCE"

Jesús Navas will play in another UEFA Europa League final and the day before the match, in the press conference room at the Púskas Arena: "It's something unique and special. I have been a Sevillista since I was young, and winning a trophy is the biggest achievement. It's exciting to be able to be a part of something historic with Sevilla and we will keep on believing."

In difficult moments for some of his former teammates, the captain made it clear that they had the support of the squad: "We send our love to Nema and we hope to be able to dedicate a victory to him and to Sergio Rico, during this difficult period."

With regard to how they have planned for this fixture, he affirmed that "we have to be ourselves. We are doing very well, united and excited. We have to be intense and play well because we can't wait for the match to start. We have to show patience against a tough opponent who have clear, fixed lines of defence that we will need to get past to cause them damage. And be intense because it's a final. The team has that mindset ahead of the match."
