Djibril Sow played 62 minutes for Switzerland on Sunday evening as his countrymen were held to a full-throttle 3-3 draw at home to Belarus. The visitors seemingly had the result wrapped up when leading 1-3 in the 84th minute, only for their hosts to score in the 89th and 90th minutes to restore parity. Switzerland now sit second in their group on 15 points and qualification for Euro 2024 looking increasingly likely.

Meanwhile, Nyland was between the sticks as he and Norway were beaten by 0-1 in Oslo by a Spain side that had Jesús Navas unused on the bench, a result that secures Germany 2024 qualification for the Spanish but ends Norwegian hopes of competing at the competition.
