We will wear our black and blue kit to not clash with Arsenal's red and white

Red and white are very common colours within English football. For this reason it's not surprising that we have had to use different colours when playing in England in the past. Despite first competing in intra-continental matches in 1957, our first visit to the United Kingdom wasn't until the 21st century. During our unforgettable 2005/06 UEFA Cup campaign, we had a trip to face Bolton Wanderers, in which we wore our third kit at the time - a light blue shirt with a claret border.

Since then, we have worn our third kit in England three times, meaning that tonight will be our fifth outing wearing alternate colours in 12 games played in England. We wore a black kit to play away at Arsenal in 2007 and Manchester United in 2018. Our most recent visit to England, we also used our third kit to face Manchester City in last year's Champions League.

As is to be expected, Arsenal will wear their home kit this evening - a red shirt with white sleeves, white shorts and white socks with red detailing. In terms of goalkeepers, ours will wear a yellow kit, like Nyland did during our home match versus Arsenal, and theirs will wear green.
