HECTIC WEEK BEGINS TONIGHT FOR OUR INTERNATIONALS

On Wednesday night, the intense schedule of international matches for Sevilla's first team players will begin. It will do so with a duel between two teammates, a friendly match at the King Baudouin Stadium in Brussels at 20:45. There, Dodi Lukebakio's Belgium and Nemanja Gudelj's Serbia will meet just before the final day of EURO 2024 qualification. After that, Belgium will face Azerbaijan at the same venue on Sunday at 18:00 CET with nothing at stake having already qualified. Serbia, who still have to secure their place at the tournament, face Bulgaria at the Gradski Stadion in Leskovac at 15:00 CET on Sunday.

Jesús Navas's Spain also head into the end of the qualifying phase having already secured their spot. First up, they face Cyprus at  the Limassol Arena on Thursday at 18:00 CET. Luis de la Fuente's side will conclude the group against Georgia on Sunday at 20:45 CET at the Estadio José Zorrilla in Valladolid. A few hours later, in the early hours of the morning in Spain, the Argentina team of Acuña and Ocampos will be looking to maintain their perfect start in their qualifying campaign for the 2026 World Cup. Their first hurdle will be Uruguay, at 01:00 CET on Friday at La Bombonera in Buenos Aires. They then travel to face Brazil, where their match kicks off at 01:30 CET on Wednesday 22nd November at the Maracana in Rio de Janeiro.

Juanlu Sánchez will play very close to home this Friday at 21:00 CET with Spain U21s against Hungary. The Nuevo Colombino in Huelva will host this Euro 2025 qualifier, with Spain leading their group and level on points with Belgium, who are their other opponent on Tuesday at 20:00 CET at the Den Dreef Stadium in Leuven. Following the withdrawal of Eritrea, Youssef En-Nesyri and Morocco will only play once this month as they commence the African qualifiers for the World Cup on Tuesday at 20:00 CET as they play Tanzania to round off the busy schedule.
