OUR U19 B TEAM GO TOP OF THE TABLE

Our U19 B Team continue to go from strength to strength. Joaquín Hidalgo's side are top of their league following victory against Coria CF and have a game in hand over second-placed Calavera CF, who beat our U19 B Team earlier in the season.

Eight victories and just the one defeat means that they have 24 points from 9 games. This is very impressive considering that they are playing against some first teams with players in their final year of the U19 category. Striker Dani Herrera has also played this season for the Sevilla FC 'C' in the Spanish fifth tier - the Tercera RFEF. Herrera, in his first year of the U19 category, scored the winning goal in the Sevilla 'C' away game against CD Cabecense.

Praise must be given to Hidalgo and his coaching staff, who have been giving opportunities to U16 players. In fact, six players have made their debuts this season: right-back Jesús Suárez, left-back Álex Zamorano, left-winger Marquitos, right-winger Manuel Ángel and strikers Manu Mesa and Ciria.

Our U19 B Team look to strengthen their position at the top of the table with a visit to Puerto Real this Sunday to face CD La Salle. The game kicks off at 12:00 CET.
