Orjan Nyland believes that the team are improving and picking up confidence after a solid spell of results.
The 0-0 draw at Valencia means we are now unbeaten in four league matches, with two consecutive clean sheets too.
Speaking to Sevilla FC Official Media in English after the draw at Mestalla, the Norwegian international was happy to pick up another shutout:
"We keep playing well, we're creating some chances, but we kept the clean sheet today, very well done from the team. This is a difficult place to go and I guess they're a very good team, we're happy with one point today and we still keep on improving."
As far as the goalkeeper is concerned, the team need to continue to pick up points:
"We want to take points in every game we play, If we can keep taking points when we're playing away and we win at home, that's the most important thing. We are very difficult to beat, which is a good thing now, so we've gained a lot of confidence and now it's just about building on every game. We have a tough one next weekend against Real Madrid, but everything is possible."
To finish, Nyland feels that the team have the quality to compete and take a step forward:
"I think we've shown in the last couple of weeks that we are here to compete and we want to take as many points as possible. With the performances last week and against Atlético de Madrid, which was very solid, very good, and then today we keep building on it, we are very difficult to score against. We know we have the quality to score anytime in the game, so if we continue like this it's looking very good."
