The Sevilla FC Business Club is constantly striving to improve. Thus, it has now become the first business center of its kind in Spain to actively promote the emotional wellbeing of its sponsors, aiming to provide their workers with support for a range of emotionally challenging situations that may arise in the workplace. This service is made possible thanks to the DELFOS Life Coach app, which relies on artificial intelligence, developed by Centro Psicosanitario Galiani.

This is a technological tool that was announced during Health Day held at the Zaudín Club by the Sevilla FC Business Club. Sponsoring companies will have access to improved emotional management and self-care for their employees through a private section of the app of the Business Club.

This represents significant development in the human element of artificial intelligence, with the app offering an emotionally sensitive chatbot armed with a personalised interface available 24/7. The tool will benefit both employers and their staff through interactive conversation that will provide accurate information and solutions to nuanced situations, such as crisis or conflict management.
