NEW EXCLUSIVE AREA FOR FIRST TEAM INAGURATED AT THE CIUDAD DEPORTIVA

On Thursday afternoon, the new location for the first team at the Ciudad Deportiva José Ramón Cisneros Palacios was inaugurated; consisting of a main building, with 5,600m2 over three floors. This area, in addition to the building, consists of three training pitches exclusively for first-team use, with the total area covering 13,700m2. Local media were also in attendance to be able to take a look at the new facilities firsthand. 

The main building has a basement with 58 parking spaces and utility rooms on its lower floor. The ground floor then consists of various facilities: a medical centre, offices for the technical staff, changing rooms, dining area and lounge, kitchen, outdoor courtyards and gym. Finally, the first floor has 40 rooms with capacity to accommodate 50 people. Additionally, the development has an exclusive entrance for the first-team area. 

Among other amenities, the first team has 3 training pitches, 40 rooms, an adjacent gym, and 58 parking spaces.

The television studio is completely enclosed and acoustically isolated, ready for audiovisual use and to produce content with the first team. Pitch A of the development covers 8,800 square meters, with 5-metre-wide touchlines- the same as the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán. Pitch B, on the west side of the building, also has the same dimensions.
