Kelechi Iheanacho, our fifth signing of the summer the summer, was unveiled together with Lucien Agoumé in front of the media on Tuesday morning. The Nigerian striker began by expressing once again his happiness at joining: "I feel very good and am happy to come to Sevilla and to be a new Sevilla player, I am very happy to be here." 

He went on to speak about moving to a new league: "Like I said before, I am very happy. I am going to play like I did in England, it is a new challenge. I am ready to play in the Spanish league and I am going to give everything for Sevilla." He also revealed how he had been following matches last season and the challenge of replacing Youssef En-Nesyri. "It feels good to be here. I have followed Sevilla and I have seen the games. I don't feel pressure. En-Nesyri was a great striker, he did a lot for the team. Now I am here, and what I want is to focus on the games and on the team and continue improving every day and make history on the pitch."

Also, he spoke about having been able to meet the rest of his teammates after arriving: "I am happy to be with the group. It is always important to be part of the group. The coach is excellent. I want to play, show my ability. It is going to be something very good for me. Now I am very happy that I have been able to join the group." 

Among the aims, as in his first interview, he focused on team: "As a player, obviously scoring goals would be great, but the most important thing is to play and win as a team. The most important thing is to win trophies, achieve aims and have great success. Finally, he highlighted Jesús Navas: "Jesús is a legend here. He is an incredible person with a great personality. I've known him for a long time. He's a fantastic leader. He has won many trophies in Sevilla's history and I'm looking forward to playing with him".
