PENULTIMATE SESSION BEFORE BILBAO TRIP

The first team returned to work on the training pitch on Friday, following a morning visit to the San Fernando monument, where this season's official squad photoshoot took place.

The main headline was the return of Sambi Lokonga to the group as he closes in on a return to the field. The session began with Jesús Navas also being involved in group drills, but he withdraw for the second half, as per the instruction of the medical team. Meanwhile, Isaac trained alone in the gym with the forward ruled out for this weekend's visit to San Mamés. He will hopefully be reintegrated into the team next week.
