Through our Innovation Center, the club remains committed to sharing expertise and promoting educational opportunities in the application of technology to sport. The club hosted members of the Danish Olympic Committee at the José Ramón Cisneros Palacios Ciudad Deportiva on the use of technological tools in sport.

Frans Hammer, Vice-President of the Danish Olympic Committee, spoke very positively about the experience and highlighted the quality of the club’s facilities: "It has been an incredible experience to come here. First, the sports and training facilities, and of course, all the effort they put into innovation and the way they work, with an open mindset inviting people from outside—not as a competitor in the football industry, but more like an Olympic Committee. We were greatly inspired to take some of the things they are working on to a different level in all sports, especially the combination of using data for performance and more.”

"We are quite impressed with what we have seen. Sevilla FC are ahead of many other clubs. It seems they are also approaching new technologies, developing their own tools, and, even better, they are collaborating with startups to grow. That is why I think we could collaborate in the future, because Scandinavia has a lot of technological potential that could also be very beneficial," added Niels Henrik, Head of SportsTech at DIF Innovation Lab of the Danish Sports Confederation.

The delegation was accompanied by LALIGA's delegate for the Nordic countries, Juan Fuentes, who highlighted the prestige of Sevilla FC in the region: "There is a perception that Sevilla FC are a great club. It is a historic club. No other club has won the Europa League seven times. So, it is on the minds of everyone in European football, not just in Scandinavia."
