Nemanja Gudel, Marcao and Nyland spoke after the defeat against FC Barcelona. The Serbian was the first to speak and began by saying: "It was a night to forget. We started the game well, we had everything under control until the penalty and even created chances but it can't be that after the penalty we lost our heads and conceded two more before halftime. Then in the second half, right at the end we conceded two in the final ten minutes. We have a very good team, defensively we have been good so far this season. We have to keep our heads up, look over what happened and go for the next game." He added that "we talked in the dressing room that in the second half we had to go out with a 0-0 feeling, it wasn't easy and the team was in the game for many moments. We have to continue, learn and analyse. You come here to play against Barcelona who are in very good form and we can't let this derail the momentum we had."
Marcao said "it is difficult. Before the penalty, we were playing well and after that the team fell apart and that can't happen. We can do a lot more, there was still a game to play, but we have to work harder to score in the next game, which is also very important. We are making good progress, we give our all on the pitch, but we haven't been at the level we were in the derby or in Bilbao. We have to work hard and get back on the scoresheet next week."
Finally, Nyland spoke about the game: "We saw why they are at the top this season, it was a tough night and we have to learn from it. They had a lot of chances to score and I think after the penalty it was also a different game, we should have done better before the break. We have to be much more together, defend together and hopefully on Friday we will see a different performance."
