TOMÁS, NICO GUILLÉN, AND ALEXIS CIRIA RETURN TO THE U-17 TEAM FOR A TOURNAMENT IN THE ALGARVE

Following their recent call-up for a double friendly against Italy in the transalpine land, the national U-17 coach, Hernán Pérez, continues to include three Sevilla players in the preparation for the European Championship qualification round, scheduled for the end of March. On this occasion, Spain’s U-17 team will play in a four-team mini-tournament in southern Portugal, with Tomás Méndez, Nico Guillén, and Alexis Ciria set to join next week.

The team will debut against the host nation on Friday, February 14, in Parchal, the same venue where they will play Germany on Sunday, February 16. The tournament will conclude on Wednesday, February 19, in Lagos. As a result, the Sevilla players will not be available for the league match in two weekends' time.
