Juanlu Sánchez and Kike Salas have been included in Spain's Under-21s as they prepare for their upcoming European Under-21 Championship. They have been included in Santi Denia's provisional squad with the final 23-man squad for their tournament in Slovakia which will take place between June 11 and June 28 to be named. 

Spain Under-21s will face Ukraine at the Estadio Municipal de Santo Domingo de Alcorcón on Friday 6 June. In Slovakia, Spain with then face the host nation on Wednesday 11 June at 18:00, Romania on Saturday 14 June at 18:00 and Italy on Tuesday 17 June at 21:00. The top two in each group will qualify for the quarter-finals.m
