FIRST SESSION AT THE J-GREEN SAKAI

No time for distractions. Little under three hours after landing in Japan, Sevilla FC took part in their first training session at the J-Green Sakai, which will act as their sporting home in Japan. During evening training, the team had a lighter workload in order to loosen up their muscles following the long journey. As well as a run, the players took part in small games of footvolley. The absentee was Sébastien Corchia, who could finally join up with his teammates on the training field, but not in time to get into gear after travelling on a later flight. 

The team will take part in their first morning session this Saturday at 9:30 -2:30 the next morning in Spain- adopting a timetable which they will follow every day during their stay in Japan. In the evening they will continue to train at 18:00 -11:00 in the morning in Spain- except for the two match days, which curiously enough will see them face Cerezo Osaka and Kashima Antlers at the same time.
