“HERE AGAIN, ANOTHER DREAM ACHIEVED”: NAVAS GETS TO KNOW HIS TEAMMATES

The spirit from Los Palacios, who signed on Tuesday morning for four seasons, trained with the rest of the group as they got back to work

Like the prodigal son, Jesús Navas has come home, and after his first day at the club, has already caught up with the work of his new teammates. The Andalusian trained alongside his teammates as normal during the first training session following the team's return from the Emirates Cup.

After signing his contract with Sevilla FC, Jesús Navas wanted to share a nostalgic snapshot on his social media, which shows Navas and Antonio Puerta hugging at the 2007 UEFA Cup Final in Glasgow. At the bottom of the photo, an exciting message: “Here again, another dream achieved”. On Tuesday evening, Navas returned to tread the turf of the 'carretera de Utera', a pitch where he was trained as a young player with his lifelong friend Antonio Puerta.

On Wednesday, Sevilla FC will train at 9:30am at the Ciudad Deportiva training ground, behind closed doors.
