SEVILLA SELLS MORE THAN 39,000 SEASON-TICKETS AND BREAKS CLUB RECORDS

With competition now underway, we are able to give an evaluation of season-ticket sales for the 17/18 season. Well within the dynamic of the past seasons, the figure represents a record for the club. As of now, the number of season-tickets sold - currently 39,480 - has surpassed the 39,218 of the 16/17 season. This is the highest figure for seated season-tickets the club has ever seen.

That is to say, with U5s season-tickets excluded (under new regulations, they are unable to access the stadium on their own), Sevilla FC season-ticket sales are at their all-time-high. Excluding U5s, the number stands at 37,408 surpassing the former 07/08 record of 37,384 with 41,300 in total. The season with the most season-ticket holders overall continues to be the 06/07 season, when 41,872 season-tickets were sold in total. In those days, youth season-ticket holders (there were 4,813) were not guaranteed a seat, something which the 'Ley de Deporte' adjusted.

It should be pointed out it is still possible to become a Sevilla season-ticket holder, but only by buying a 'League Only' ticket - which are new this season. Season tickets of this kind are available in Section S44 as well as sections P35, P36 y P43.
